Upbit which is a South Korean Crypto currency exchange platforms currently find it difficult to exchange of Crypto to Fiat currencies to authenticated bank accounts, to it subscribers due to strict rules by Korean government. Their recently partnership with internet bank only also limit them to exchange Crypto to Fiat only to South Koreans as the country doesn't allow outsiders to open the internet only bank accounts. Eventually the international subscribers will have to withdraw from the site which has already hinder their expansion.

I guess those strict rule by the Korean government is to minimize fraud , and this deals will affect the large crypto who want to convert from crypto to flat

May be they want the exchange site not to trade Crypto currencies or wants their activities limited to the country, the law is intentional or has a motive. It up to two years now that weren't able to trade Crypto-fiat activities.

The South Korean government needs to accelerate their decision to make the law about crypto in the country more clear so that businesses can conduct trade without breaking the law.
