Years back, all you needed to rank was finding the right keyword and putting them throughout the website but right now the nature of SEO has drastically changed thanks, in part, to the emergence of entities. I have noticed that keywords importance has drastically diminished in favor of entities. In a sense, keywords and entities are interconnected as they both utilize each other’s functions to better serve knowledge graphs. Thus I have made it my mission to understand their functions, their differences, and how they have changed SEO. I am currently exploring tools that I can use to extract SEO entities from a webpage and I have stumbled upon http://entityexplorer.com anybody who has used it? I haven’t quite wrapped my head on how it works. I will also appreciate any other tool recommendations.
