How it works

First, you must be an expert in a certain field and have certificates and licenses to show that you are qualified and approved to discharge such services. The website feature different professional categories where you choose one. Popular categories include law, health, and teaching.

As a professional in a specific field, you get to register in the industry of your expertize and upload the necessary documents. The documents prove that you are the person you say you are to eliminate quacks. If you are unable to verify that you are actually a professional in your specified field, you cannot successfully sign up on the site.

To start earning, you wait for someone to post a question in your specified profession and answer the question. If the person who posted the dilemma likes the answer and accepts it, the stipulated payment is credited to your account.

What do you need to sign up on JustAnswer?

Since it's a web-based service, you need a reliable internet connection and a computer. If you have these two, you can begin the process of registering using your full names and a valid email. After the initial sign up with your name and email, the verification process consisting of an 8-step process begins. To complete the process, you need the following:

A CV or resume in Doc or PDF format.

Information about your experience in the desired field including your phone number, company and employer's name.

Professional licenses and contact details of the licensing authorities.

Identification.

Your photograph.

How much money can you make on the site?

As a beginner, you will make about 20 percent for every correct answer accepted by the client. Over time, you rise up the ranks to make 50 percent of the cost of the answer. Normally, questions pay about $5 or more, however, the cost of questions depends on the profession and the expertise needed to answer the question.

Minimum payout

Once you hit the minimum threshold set at $20, you can initiate a withdrawal. The site has PayPal as a payment option, so, you do not have to worry about getting your money.

Site been around a very long time. I asked many around who have used it.. it seems easy but its really not.. But if you like it.. go for it. at least you know they pay .. Ill pass on it..

Yes, Just Answer has been around for a long time, they cater to more the difficult questions to answer about something professional. But they also have a sister site that gives them clients when the sister site can't find the answers. So the sister site is a bit easier to work for and doesn't require you to prove you're a professional.

Review and surveys sites just never work for us. This site seems promising, the payment rate is definitely good but they do need a lot of qualifications like graduation, engineering and other qualifications as well. So this is strictly not for me as I am a post graduate from biology background. As someone mentioned it's better to depend on offline job for stable income. Is it available internationally? So that I can refer some of my friends from engineering background it will be helpful for them.

OK I have written a really good review on this site. It has been totally talked about more than once. Here you need to have a certificate, proof you are an expert, and papers to back it up. Furthermore, the person who is asking the question is obligated to deposit money into the account to start off with. Second the expert earns the money the person deposits in the account to talk with him. Not all of this is done on chat. Even on chat it is a back and forth with typing and not always speaking directly to a person. I don't think you qualify for this job and need to have a lot more experience to work on here. You need to know a lot in order to be paid for your knowledge. People don't want answers that you search for online and copy and paste them there for them to read.

Do you have any type of special training or education. For example are you an accountant, do you work with computer, are you a contractor. These will all qualify you on the site so you can answer questions in these fields.

We are saying the same thing,I don't have these qualification that is why I couldn't complete my registration.I think they're only looking for professionals.

You are right on this one and I've been saying this all along. I told you guys if you had any type of experience in any field that they list on there you can apply for this company. You either need work experience of +5 years or a degree to prove your knowledge. The site pays a very high rate to help people out and when people pay for this service they want a person who knows what they are talking about helping them.

I dont think it Is except you will have to go proxy which is not a good one but you can still make more enquries by checking their FAQ section for detail explanatuon about the site

A SSN is your tax identification number which your parents now have to apply for when you're a baby. This number stays with you your entire life and is used to report your income to the government. I think if you work outside the USA then yuo'll use your own ID number from your country of residence.

I saw in a certain review that they have recently changed their name to Pearl.com. Some other aspects of the site have changed like the application process. After submitting your credentials, there is a testing process and I hear the questions are paid at a flat rate. Anybody in the know to shed some more light on this?

There is no way you'll be able to work on this site. I think if you had read the reviews and all I have said on here you'd find out that you need a certificate and papers to work on here. Plus you need a comprehensive understanding of the English language which include grammar and sentence structure. If you want to work on this site, you'll need to take a few online English classes to pass the written part of the test because they need answers written in English people can understand and will pay for.

This is definitely not for newbies. It's pretty much like Experts Exchange, were people from all over the world would query for professional ideas and answers, and professionals alike would then answer them. They are a bit strict but professional in accepting applicants. I have applied for IT-related jobs and they've sent me a document to be signed manually, from which I would agree on them, checking my background from my previous Companies.
