Yeah the outcome of the court will determine the level of investment into this coin especially by some of the banks that they partner with earlier before the SEC saga.

Yeah it actually come with very little transaction fee and very optimistic that the trial won't draw them back they make likely adjourn the case though I don't know the exact date for this month trial.

I think they are on pretrial already because I saw your headline on one Media platform no I tried clicking it but was not open so maybe very soon still getting updated figures to the SEC to ripple trials.

the case keeps getting extended ,no one actually knows when it would be over ,I think ripple needs to push more effort , probably they could convince something like ending the case , because to be honest ,I actually dont like the situation of the fact that the case have been on for days and others it's really not encouraging

I just hope they dont even lose the case , because if by mistake they actually lose the case ,to be honest the whole market would be affected , because thereabouts we might just finally see ripple coin reaching about $0.01 and Bitcoin falling so well

The Sec is always hitting coins that can reach highs in the near future , that's their central policy and if you look at their history , they attacked on coins like lbry and many others which were growing a lot and then all stumbled , xrp has a same future I have to say if Sec is able to do what it wants from its tactics actually .

yeah I could see clearly that sec is delaying the case ,when they know that the probability of them wining the case is actually slim , Ripple have shown their capabilities ,the evidence and so many proof ,that they are not security ,the case suppose to have been settled by now

yes the progress of xrp have been good , although what many are still waiting for is the feedback and regards of sec response for the case , because it seems they have actually not been able to hold any court cases and others regarding cryptocurrency development and other features

Ripple's General Counsel has described the SEC's approach to enforcing crypto regulation as "absurd". I think that is also absurd, things that cannot be seen or touched are made of mathematical codes, different cryptos have their own codes; Even SEC employees cannot understand what the SEC is telling them.

This case has been going on for more than a year now with no end in sight. It also seems the SEC wants to target a few other coins as securities including XEC and XLM.

However, Ripple has still maintained it's position in the top ten coins despite this setback. I feel that this is reason to be optimistic that it will bounce back strongly once the case is solved.
