As reported by Bitcoin.com, John McAfee, a once avid Bitcoin supporter turned hater has been arrested by the US's department of justice. The reasons of his arrest is that he secretly promoted to his Twitter follower several crypto initial coins offering without disclosing the fact that he's actually being paid to endorse those offerings. Not only that, he's also being charged because of tax avoidance.

Yeah I think they just avoid so they don't want to lose any large part from their wealth and this is very bad for people like this that's financially stable

Tax Avoidance is a criminal offence. I dont know why the rich feels to always evade the payment of taxes. It really rampant with them

It's just that the rich wants to get richer so that's just if , even some of the poor do try as much as possible to pay their tax from the little salary they recieves

He deserves to be punished for being a hypocrite that openly criticises Bitcoin but secretly earns from cryptocurrency . As for tax invasion , let him pay for the years he avoided

I don't think the case is about promoting something without letting his followers know about it. He publicly deny Bitcoin but secretly promotes it. This means that he broke agreement with the firm

WELL ico's are always scamming nice and easy people so i guess it's a very good move when big persons will be teached a lesson ,others will think twice before making such plans to scam simple and good people
