Two weeks ago, I came across an insurance survey by company Joany (Formely known as Impact Health). It is really a legit survey. After you've completed the survey, they will review your responses and maybe request for additional documentation to verify your insurance plan is still an active health plan for 2017. You will be paid via Paypal, Amazon Gift Card, or any other format you choose only when YOU ARE QUALIFIED.

Joany is conducting a very focused Research Study in the form of a survey to better understand the good, bad, and ugly of purchasing something as critical as health insurance as well as what the current experience is for individuals and families.
This specific Research Study is targeted to those that have purchased their health insurance directly through a health plan or through their state's Exchange. In order to produce valid research data, every survey submitted is carefully and thoughtfully qualified by our team of experts.

Below shown is the email I received from them after I completed the survey.

Though, I was not qualified through an email. But, they give me a referral link. If anyone of you here is able to complete the survey and qualified, I will earn 25 dollars and so do you. It's a WIN-WIN situation . The survey takes about 10-15 minutes to complete. After that, you just have to wait for their email to see whether you are qualified and rewarded. I think it's worth a try so I share to you guys.

Note: I think this survey is more suitable and advantageous for those living in US and have bought themselves insurance. I not sure when this offer will end but i think probably this year.

This particular survey requires the following:

• You've already purchased your health insurance plan, and is active for 2017.
• You purchased your health insurance plan through your state exchange, Healthcare.gov, through a broker, or directly through a health plan like Oscar, Kaiser Permanente, Blue Shield, etc.
• You don't receive your health insurance through an employer.
• You don't receive your health insurance through your school or university.
• You are not on your state's Medicaid program, Medicare, or VA health insurance.

Most health insurance issues are basically related to US residence. There are many of them without any insurance at all. Here the country takes care of everyone. There are 3 types of coverage here and no mater what you'll have insurance, even if you can't pay on your own.

As far as we can tell this company is for real and they are always paying people for their survey. You can send them an email and ask them for quotes and the different health care plans for your family.

What if it is rejected and not qualified waste if time. I don't like doing surveys please provide us payment proof also. It would be difficult to earn as we all need to find people from USA and also they all should have health insurance and are willing to participate in survey.

yup agreed that this is not an easy task. if you not qualified, you can promote your referrer link and get 25$ if your referrer eligible for the survey. as @Awan Cheyanne said, this is not bad considered several minutes of your time to promote your link.

There is plenty of payment proof here and all over the web. I believe that this is a lot easier than some sites you work on fro 5 months to earn this kind of money.

I personally think this is a good survey site. You can earn one way or the other with this site. It states that even if you don't qualify, the site still pays you. Furthermore, when you refer people to take the survey you earn from this too. Not a bad way to earn $25 if you ask me.

@Awan Cheyanne yes...this is good even if you can refer only one person that eligible to make extra 25 dollar for you by just sharing your ref link. Recently I dont get any referral earning but I have earned 100 dollars (Five referrals) since I've started this thread to promote this program. Of course with some fees charged on my side, it is still 92-94 dollars which is an awesome passive income

Too bad to know that it pays to only is residents and its only based on health insurance only !!, athough i never used these types of site but I'm planning to use their ref. program !!Thankyou .

Basically the company is looking for a lot of people to take this survey. Therefore, it is possible that you spread the word around and they are paying you for your time and efforts. This site pays more than others and I've never seen one before that paid you 25 bucks for a referral. Take it while the taking is good.

@asumi Anyone(Worldwide) can earn the referral earning but only qualified people that completed the survey can receive the 25 dollars. Those qualified people are usually from US or CANADA. If you can refer US people that are eligible , then if they are qualified after completing the survey and then u will get the 25 dollars.

There is always a lot of misconception as to how sites work because when a person post the review they aren't clear about this. You are right the survey site will only pay you once you've completed the survey. However, anyone can refer people that isn't an issue, but if they don't qualify, then you don't earn. It is simple logic and understanding on this one.

This is a legitimate company for sure. They are very different from other research companies that will only pay you if you can complete their surveys. This one allows you to advertise the site and they pay the person, plus you for completing the survey. I like this company and they are a great one to use for referrals.

This is a legitimate company that will pay you if you take their survey and qualify. Otherwise, you can earn money by advertising this site on your social media accounts. If a person qualifies for this, then you'll earn from your referral. Health insurance is a very competitive business in the US and companies are always looking for new clients. This is one way to attract people to their business and sign up for one of their coverage plans. Many employers in the US now, no longer have health insurance benefits for people. This leaves families with giant medical bills that they will never be able to pay back in their life. I meet a person who had a blood clot in their brain and had to have emergency surgery to save their life. They didn't have any health insurance and now are stuck with 80K worth of medical bills they need to pay. How can anyone afford this.
