Two weeks ago, I came across an insurance survey by company Joany (Formely known as Impact Health). It is really a legit survey. After you've completed the survey, they will review your responses and maybe request for additional documentation to verify your insurance plan is still an active health plan for 2017. You will be paid via Paypal, Amazon Gift Card, or any other format you choose only when YOU ARE QUALIFIED.

Joany is conducting a very focused Research Study in the form of a survey to better understand the good, bad, and ugly of purchasing something as critical as health insurance as well as what the current experience is for individuals and families.
This specific Research Study is targeted to those that have purchased their health insurance directly through a health plan or through their state's Exchange. In order to produce valid research data, every survey submitted is carefully and thoughtfully qualified by our team of experts.

Below shown is the email I received from them after I completed the survey.

Though, I was not qualified through an email. But, they give me a referral link. If anyone of you here is able to complete the survey and qualified, I will earn 25 dollars and so do you. It's a WIN-WIN situation . The survey takes about 10-15 minutes to complete. After that, you just have to wait for their email to see whether you are qualified and rewarded. I think it's worth a try so I share to you guys.

Note: I think this survey is more suitable and advantageous for those living in US and have bought themselves insurance. I not sure when this offer will end but i think probably this year.

How do you Qualify: ( I takes this infomation from their website)
This particular survey requires the following:

• You've already purchased your health insurance plan, and is active for 2017.
• You purchased your health insurance plan through your state exchange, Healthcare.gov, through a broker, or directly through a health plan like Oscar, Kaiser Permanente, Blue Shield, etc.
• You don't receive your health insurance through an employer.
• You don't receive your health insurance through your school or university.
• You are not on your state's Medicaid program, Medicare, or VA health insurance.

Bad info, i am one of those who have insurance in 2017 but iam not usa resident, but i think its good that they offer 25 dollar for every one that qualfy from ur link, good site

Just received a new email from Joany insurance company that my referral earning is pending. They're sending me a paypal e-check payment which is different from my first payment. The pending payment to my account should be completed by 13 November. I'll update here when I truly get this 25 dollars in my paypal.

I did share my referral link as well but is there any registration needed? or they just sent the payment to our paypal email just by providing email in the survey?

Is the site only available for US users? I read that only Tier country users have access to their surveys...

It is hard that people outside US can qualify the survey unless you're real good in cheating when filling in the survey. Even though you dont qualify, they give you the referral link for u to share and this is how i earn from it. The company provides only one research study at the moment.

Nice to have legit site like this. The pay rate per survey is awesome. I wish it an offer that I can participate. I will have so completed this in no time.I don't have the requirements to try this. I hope US residents take advantage of this.

I looked into this a bit and they are actually looking for people who have to pay for health insurance. Many businesses will offer employees health insurance, but it is rather expensive. Therefore, this company is trying to do a survey to find out about it and I think in the end they are looking to make a program for people at a lower cost to buy. Not sure, but this happens often.

I am not that good in getting referrals, so if they don't have surveys for international users then It is impossible for me to earn there

Thanks Pimoo..i already put my referral link in several platform..i guess it kinda hard to get people to click it since it only available for US citizen. But maybe i got lucky and have that $25 commission..Btw, did you manage to get the e-check?

Most health insurance issues are basically related to US residence. There are many of them without any insurance at all. Here the country takes care of everyone. There are 3 types of coverage here and no mater what you'll have insurance, even if you can't pay on your own.

yup. we also dont have the visibility whether the surveyor is eligible to the survey or not. i saw that my link has been clicked 10 times but no email come in from paypal that i received the commission. how they can do something link account for us so we can see how our referrer doing.

That one would be nice and also helpful if the company did this. You are just lucky to be paid for the survey even if you're disqualified. So this isn't a bad way to earn a few dollar for a few minutes of your time.
