Two weeks ago, I came across an insurance survey by company Joany (Formely known as Impact Health). It is really a legit survey. After you've completed the survey, they will review your responses and maybe request for additional documentation to verify your insurance plan is still an active health plan for 2017. You will be paid via Paypal, Amazon Gift Card, or any other format you choose only when YOU ARE QUALIFIED.

Joany is conducting a very focused Research Study in the form of a survey to better understand the good, bad, and ugly of purchasing something as critical as health insurance as well as what the current experience is for individuals and families.
This specific Research Study is targeted to those that have purchased their health insurance directly through a health plan or through their state's Exchange. In order to produce valid research data, every survey submitted is carefully and thoughtfully qualified by our team of experts.

Below shown is the email I received from them after I completed the survey.

Though, I was not qualified through an email. But, they give me a referral link. If anyone of you here is able to complete the survey and qualified, I will earn 25 dollars and so do you. It's a WIN-WIN situation . The survey takes about 10-15 minutes to complete. After that, you just have to wait for their email to see whether you are qualified and rewarded. I think it's worth a try so I share to you guys.

Note: I think this survey is more suitable and advantageous for those living in US and have bought themselves insurance. I not sure when this offer will end but i think probably this year.

How do you Qualify: ( I takes this infomation from their website)
This particular survey requires the following:

• You've already purchased your health insurance plan, and is active for 2017.
• You purchased your health insurance plan through your state exchange, Healthcare.gov, through a broker, or directly through a health plan like Oscar, Kaiser Permanente, Blue Shield, etc.
• You don't receive your health insurance through an employer.
• You don't receive your health insurance through your school or university.
• You are not on your state's Medicaid program, Medicare, or VA health insurance.

In this morning, I was surprised to see that there was a payment from Joany.com. This payment must be from anyone who use my referral link to participate the survey and he/she was qualified for sure. I have seen some people posting their proof of payments about this program on this thread. This is a great offer for those from the U.S. Congrats for your payment. At least you got to earn from your referral link and they didn't refuse to pay you because you are from another country.

Have you tried this website and were you successful with it. I guess i cannot even try this website and if we have some referrals from USA, only then we can earn some amount and even that's not sure.

The fact of the matter is she's from USA and they have many added advantages then us on all the earnings websites. And this website is for USA users only and we cannot earn even a penny from them.

I feel like they are a scam... I mean dont get me wrong i believe they really do pay but that doesn't make it jot a scam... they ask for a lot, and I mean a lot of personal information. Basically you either just sold your identity for $25, or if you don't qualify you just gave your identity to them for free. That's why I believe there is skam even if they do pay some people.

The only problem is only US citizens can help us and no one other can help us and even most of them are never ready to share there details with anyone and here they are required to upload them.

This is nice but I guess the OP didn't get the full details of the site before embarking on the survey cos I can see that @Adjustvolume got his pay from the site while @SuPeR sinch it is advisable to allow more reviews before making conclusions about any site

Although this is available in the US only someone joined under OP referral link and he got paid $25. This is mentioned in the previous posts.

I think its looks like a scam as they are giving 25 dollars for every successful referral but I may be wrong.It would be difficult to earn as we all need to find people from USA and also they all should have health insurance and are willing to participate in survey and also provide all the details which the survey company may ask but I doubt that many won't be willing to share there private information.

That's great to know but have you been able to refer some of people from USA? I think it was impossible and you have done a great job by earning like 25 dollars for just referring a friend on Joany. Congratulations.

I have to look on this if it is authentic. 25$ is already a good reward for completing surveys and I never seen yet a survey site with that kind fee of completing survey. I hope it work out for me.

I have got these hundreds of times over the years. At first I did them all. till I realized none ever paid. I bet i did 25 and the realized they were making money for my work.. and i made nothing. Ill stick to survey sites that pay not these scam man thanks you mams..

They will examine and if they qualify you based on your survey response, then they will pay you within a week or otherwise. Anyway, you will receive email from them within a week.
