Just as China has launched its digital currency, the same is the case with Japan. In fact this happened in April of this year where the country has released its own bank to deal with the digital currency that is known as the CBDC. Apparently however this is not as smooth sailing as it would have liked to be, and Japan says that people will have a much clearer picture of the CBDC in the coming year of 2022.
