The owner of Israel's oldest crypto exchange Bit2C sued a wallet company BT360 for stealing his funds and never returning it. The lawsuit was around $50000 and the wallet company was probably operating illegally without any supervision. The owner sent around 40 bitcoin to that wallet but when asked to return the amount, the request was declined. You never know when you can get scammed...

Oh wow, I believe the owner did the right thing by pressing the lawsuit against the scam wallet site, could you please update us with what has happened to the wallet site since this incidence?

What kind of transaction took place that made Bit2C to send his bitcoin to BT360? If the answer to question is available then we will know if the sue is needed or not

Oh right, I did not even think about that and just simply thought the sue was acceptable but I was wrong, we need all the facts and information before we decide what he did was right or wrong

If this true suing the wallet is the way to go. That is daylight scamming since they declined sending the Bitcoin. In a case like this I will do same given the same opportunity

What if both of them had earlier engaged in other transactions and the other companies is using this as a pay back time to the other company.

That will be understandable and it can still be sorted out incase the money seized is higher than the money owed but in this case I don't think that's applicable because it wasn't indicated here.

Wow.. Even a compatible company can get scam.. I wonder what about small people like..
Really apreciate to those who warn us about scam site or scam company who just want our money...

Some great companies can be duplicated by this scammers to cause havoc. For me no site is really devoid of any kind of scamming. It up to everyone to be careful.

The owner of bit2c would have made confirmation to check if bt360 is been legit or not before making out such transaction or better still use another Wallet

That would have the right thing to be done before sending such amount to the Wallet. This is why caution needs to be applied when carrying out trasactions online

Although before carrying out such transaction there need to be legal backings attached and agreement rate that would make the receiver want to repay

I think trust sometimes make people to overlook these legal process if due process like the way you have stated here was carried out there wouldn't have been issue I believe

When it involves huge amount like this I can't just be so comfortable and put trust in between ,it's better to get assurance that your money would be repayed

You are right when when huge amount involved due process must be followed. Same here I can't joke with huge amount. Anything can go wrong

There is no clearity in the process of we didn't get the complete information to enable us know how to deal with the situation.

The information might be false also. but crypto wallets are vastly used these days for scamming people. so we can't be 100% sure that the news is not authenticate.
