well I already saw genesis mining in an news interview before so I'm quite sure that they are legit, though the minimums are high on their contracts I think the costs are reasonable

Well, you could always sell your CPU/ GPU power to mine crypto such as Nicehash and MinerGate. You don't have to mine Bitcoin; altcoins are better mined on an average consumer systems without those ASICs.

Nowadays it's hard to trust cloud mining services and even if they're legit, the returns are negligible with the rising price of Bitcoin and it's increasingly difficulty.

I think trading is a good alternative to cloud mining. You need to monitor the crypto prices every now and then , to make profits. Mining by setting up hardware is another option that may consume more electricity depending on your resident country.

Hi,
me I always wanted to mine some coin.
But for the high price of the device and the price of eletricy bill I never start.
I would like to suggest a different solution is called forge. (kind of cloud minining mixed to the normal mining)
You need a basic network and to download a program tu run for start the process.
The coin that you can forge is MHC is a Swiss stuff very promising. (is already listed)
Me I start to fun and I love it.

I think you could try mining and you could download electroneum app and you earn some certain free coin when you mine etn. I have try it before

I am into cloud mining these days. It does work well based on what I have invested and recently I have withdrawn my principal amount and now I am withdrawing the profits only and it will continue until the end of this year.

Mining using your own PC is not profitable anymore -- given the fact that the difficulty has gone so high that it will take ages to mine a dollar worth bitcoins or any other crypto.

The site I mentioned about is THIS ONE --- do let me know if it's suitable for you.

You're lucky to have found a legit and profitable cloud mining websites. All im seeing was scams that doesn't pay after mining enough for a withdrawal

Cloud mining is very risky to get into. Most of the cloud mining sites go scam very quickily and I have ever experienced this before. That is why I decided to never invest in cloud mining sites. I prefer holding the crypto till the price goes high.
