Just wondering how to promote affiliate links on television. So it is reachable to a wider audience who never access the internet, especially senior citizens.

Does anyone have any suggestion?

Even if there seem to be a way to do this , how do you expect them to use your affiliate link right from the television ? , Secondly even if they have to type it manually , it will be a waste if time for them thus they will go for those that requires them to just click a link

There was a site for TV Traffic Ads where I ONLY signed up some time back. Their concept was attractive but I have not been active over there.

Promoting affiliate links on the TV will be a little tricky because unlike online that you can see the link and just click and be redirected, there will be a need to write it out first if on the TV, and can the ad be so slow enough for it to be written/typed?

How was the platform working them , does it have enough traffic that sees the link and click on it ? , This is new to me and I still believe that it won't be an easy promotion tool .

It was a new site and just launched ...... so I'm not sure if they had enough traffic.

Maybe you should try offline development promotion. Most elderly people don't like watching TV

Most likely it's just the name only. They don't really promote it on TV, since people can't even click your links and the you get a cut from the sales. It's no longer affiliate marketing, it's just TV marketing.

Television can be use for advertising of links,but you need to pay for the advert and after then they will advertise your business and include the links in the announcement section there is nothing wrong with this but sometime so expensive

Offcoz you need to pay for it those guys in the studio are in need of money so you pay before any slot can be assign to you,its your business that you are going to promote after that your link can be announce at the end of the advert not only the link,you must let people know what the links is all about.

We are not saying otherwise , we only say that judging by how busy most people are online , no one will have the time to put the links manually . People will prefer links that can easily be click on their phones

No this is what you need to do its not the product that you will be promoting you will need to promote your business then potential customer will locate and purchase your product,maybe by phone calls or by email,the sale is not going to be made on t.v but through phone calls or email

Yes I accept with you it wont be better if you sent them links you will just advertise your business as if you are runing a normal advert be ready to cover the cost then when people contact you then you can send them to your website or links

In as much as the money for the advert is there you just need to walk into the station and run the advert provide them with a copy of your business information even with links it will be read and advertise as you want it but with your money in stock

I doubt such can be possible with TV. There are things that can't just be compatible that's the Truth. I'm really finding the issue of tracking sales from this means impossible

I don't really think that there is a way to promote your affilliate link on television, and even if there is a way, most people will not go for it. They would prefer to go for links where they click and it directs them to the platform. Promotion via television would mean that the person will have to access the link manually, which is alot of work if the link is long like they always are. But if it is a short link, lets say some few numbers they can type easily then that would make it possible to promote the link. Otherwise, TV would be best for advertising about your busines.

Tv advertising is not the best way to promote affilliate links but if you still insist that you want to advertise using tv then you can use it and you will still get some visitors to your affiliate links but using social media sometime seems to be more better than tv advertising
