I don't know the algorithm you are talking about. I am aware of popular martingale strategy though it's deadly at times and the house edge makes it even more worse. There can be only sad endings in gambler's life , $9k is an enormous amount. It's always better to cut the urge to gamble from the young age itself to avoid big losses in the future , because every gambler is already aware of the fact that gambling can only make you lose money at the end.

A dice actually have six sides man and it was shaped smooth in a way that there wouldn't be a chance or possibly for one to manipulate the game in any way and instead of throwing a dice with your bare hands, your meant to throw it through a smooth around container and all these to make sure that whatever you get depends solely on luck.

Depends on what you describe as cheating?
But if a word commonly used to say "strategy" this means "plan" a plan build for something, if you have a plan to do something, even while playing gambling, then it is a strategy, this does not means everything is foolproof, this means you decided how to play it.

In that case we can agree to disagree, but my definition for strategy could be a little different from what you're saying although I know strategy is actually a plan based on possible options to effect a definite outcome. I have played a dice game with someone that always get the sixth side every time and I know there's a way he dies it that I'm yet to find out.

There are two types of dice games - online and offline. Both have their strategies. It depends how much you go with it.
Its never possible to keep winning on any strategy, even during offline, people will oppose your moves, so always have to move to win and lose strategy.
