selling merch as a youtuber means selling different products with your name on them, for example :I think it is worthed to try. You can make some video reviewing merchandise and give in the video or description of it. Of course a landing page must be well prepared, a web or page in social media or marketplace
Aye mate. That is right thing. It is interesting business but i am not convinced that i am able to do such such business perfectlyselling merch as a youtuber means selling different products with your name on them, for example :
https://www.lttstore.com/this one belongs to a big tech youtube channel, you can see products there with their names on them
I cant agree anymore. Yeah the secret of success in youtube is having big amount of subscriber. It is undeniable fact indeedIf you have a lot of followers, no matter where, promoting affiliate offers or selling your own merchs or other people merchs will always be profitable.
well yeah, but that requires a huge fanbase that you must have on youtube and you must be some popular youtuber or streamer that people would flex on the others when wearing your merch or having something with your name in themSell merchandise on your YouTube is a good idea. All you have to do is to make a video showing all the different types of merchandise you have on your YouTube, the you attach the link where they can get the merchandise.
You are right about that. The first thing that is needed is a huge base of subscribers, then you would have enough audience for whatever products you may be promoting. If you have a lot of followers, no matter what you are promoting (merchs or just anything) will always be profitable. You just have to find out the kind of design your followers will want and make it affordable
This is never a bad idea as it might turn out to be one of the streams of income for a YouTuber, so if oñe have the merch then go ahead with the promotion oñ your çhañnelSell merchandise on your YouTube is a good idea. This is true, they won't tolerate a free advertising. Happened to a shutdown network here on my country they used youtube to air their programs and aside from the ads they put in tv commercial ads in their videos aswell.. well youtube is not happy and their account got suspended. Not really interesting when you don't have millions of followers! (It's not a commercial sign that everyone passes by or a commercial spot on TV that everyone sees.)
When they are ordinary products, you must sell a lot monthly to be able to live from it.
I also do not know how the arrangements are for YouTube, but I can imagine that they will not let you simply make free commercial advertising for your products on there network without getting payed for it .
yeah, i actually thought of that as well, it also depends on what domain you are active in and if you are very popular in some short range of area, like cities or something like thatWell yeah i think but depends on your popularity ofcourse. If you have a pretty solid fanbase you will surely earn a great deal there. But if your just a small time youtuber.. I don't think so.
yeah, except that merch are considered as extra bucks and not the main income that you are using your channel for , i agree that you can't rely on them as a main incomeWhen they are ordinary products, you must sell a lot monthly to be able to live from it.
