I think there must be an option recover BTC from hard disk if I deleted the wallet but not formatted the hard disk. I searched google but didn't found any good result. I also forgot the password. I only have the email I used and the hard disk not formatted and in working condition. And, I also wrote the security phrase somewhere and a chance that I can find them.

Why not. It is possible. Remember that any thing you delete on your computer, can still be retrieved from recycled bin.
Click on window link, enter the folder name in search form and enter search. you will see the folder, then click it and retrieve

I think if the hard disc is damaged and it has bitcoin wallet in side most likely the data is ending up corrupted. So I don't think that it'd be possible to recover the bitcoin in that state. If the wallet has the secret keywords set then you can just open the wallet in another machine with same set of keywords and then those coins can be recovered. Otherwise it's gone money.

I suppose you can recover Bitcoins from hard disk when you remember your recovery phrase or your password so you can find what you have accidentally forgotten how to get into your files.and it is also the last and most effective way to recover BTC from your hard disk
