Many people are getting into the real estate business and many more are trying to venture into possible Investments into property. When you are deciding on the right investment you need to take into account all of the possible opportunities. For example when you are investing in property you have to consider whether it will be best to buy a self standing house that is already built or to buy The Land where there is no house. In my opinion it is best to buy land because then you can always put up flats which will have multiple families living in it therefore increasing and maximizing on your potential revenue through rent. What is your opinion on this? Do you think it is best to invest in houses directly or in Land?

I will choose to buy a land instead , because i have the possibility and means to rent the land for parties, football matches and make more money for myself,

In our country it has become a lucrative business. People first search for a land which is undervalued and then buy it. After couple of years when the land value increase then sell it and the chain continues. In this way people nearly double their money with in 3 years. It is the safest way of multiplying money.

Yeah the only time they could make loss is when the land devalues , because of flood and many others ,then i think that could Affect the land value

Land devaluation? I never heard of that. The price of land in our area always goes high and high. I never heard anyone sold land for loss. Even if price is low, wait for few months and price will shoot up again.

I am agree with you, it is always better to buy land than standing house. It is fact that price of building decline every year but on reverse cost of land increased every year. It is right time to invest in property.

Property is always a good thing that you should invest in because the price of property appreciates with time and this is a very good thing because it will always be sure to make you a profit as long as it is in a good area that is safe and aesthetically pleasing.

Most times we cant gurantee or predict something that easy ,because a good are of before could turn bad overnight, so that's one thing i noticed about property

Everything depend on the availability of resources and the area were the land or property is located, if is a fast developing place it is good to buy land and starts developing it to your choice.

Of course we cannot overrule some factors that can make the real estate lucrative for business and that is location as one major factor. But with real estate its better you buy a property at an undervalued price using your negotiation skills. When you buy something already developed then you are going to start earning from in in a short time either by rental or after you resell.

It is right that investment is property is safe but to earn we must have enough patient. Some time because of some abnormal thing property prices also decline. At present property market in Indian is not much better. Although it is time of buying property because of low price, Because of corona pandemic people have not money in hand

I think going for land is a better idea instead of house because there might be decline as the year goes by in the quality of that property but that of land increases as the year goes by and also more development in that area you bought the breeds more profit for you. Agree with you but the house give more choice agnaist the land and depends in your location and the people who live near you

Both appeal to me and as such, I'd hope to have enough money to buy my own property as well as that freehold land. I'm sick of being ripped off by landlords and want my own house. I'd use the land for commercial reasons, maybe lease it out to the highest bidder.

It mean you want to earn from rent. If you are buying place in commercial center or mall it is not possible to buy a land, there you can buy bulid up office or shop. To earn rent buying buildup property is better option. good luck

If some one want to buy property to earn rent that house of any bulidup property is best one option but if some one wants to earn profit with re sale after some years than land is better option

I think it is best to invest in a land than a single house. Then you can build several rental houses in that land which will earn you profits for a long time through rent.
