We have constantly seen whether bitcoin is better than gold and for many peopel this has already been answered and bitcoin seems to be coming out ahead in this race. However today I would like to pose a different question to all the members that are in this forum. This question is in regard to the battle between bitcoin and real estate. Real estate can be good because there is a lot of appreciation in its value with time, however Bitcoin has also seen this as well. Some argue that bitcoin is better because you actually own that Bitcoin whereas with real estate the property is ultimately owned by the state. Which do you think is a better investment and why?

Real estate will need very long term too, also buying and selling needs lots of time and efforts. While Bitcoin is very easy (expect mining).
So choose when you need what.

No way for me due to security concerns. Because Bitcoin is kept digitally, it is vulnerable to viruses, hackers, and operational flaws.

I wouldn't even compare both assets. However if I am to stick with one, it would be real estate since you have absolute control over it unlike bitcoin and its volatility.

There is more stability associated with real estate compared to Bitcoin in the long run. For short term, Bitcoin is more valuable though.

The best investment option should be bitcoin, I think it's more preferable since you can invest little amount and make huge amount ,compared to real estate where you need to invest huge capital to earn

Real estate investment is still better than bitcoin because it's safe. Investing in something that can give someone's heart attack shouldn't be encouraged. I can only give bitcoin a trial but not with all my saving.

Yeah, I do agree with you. It's the same for me, real estate investment do come with lesser risks as when compared to any cryptocurrency investment

It depends on you. But for me, real estate is the primary investment option because it is the safest with a value that is stable.

Real estate is ok for me because its real and profits keep appreciating and the demands is always there. Bitcoin is not stable due to the price fluctuations that keeps going up and down. Also real estate gives peace of mind as in one can invest there and sleep very well without any fears of price drop or loosing ones investment.

You can not compare btc and real estate because this two business has two different way. Such to buy or sell bitcoin you do not need third person but for real estate you need. Some people choice real estate still more than bitcoin.

I think people would sometimes choose real estate over bitcoin because it does have a certain sense of security in that you know it is a legitimate business venture. There are many people that are still sceptical of cryptocurrency.

For me real estate investment is an investment that comes with ease if mind not risky like BTC. It is better than BTC investment to me. I understand BTC is also income generating, but when we talk about low risk investment then real estate comes on top.

Volatality,a possible hack into your wallet if hodling a huge amount, probability of sanctions and even the wallet owners going awol if not lucky.Thise are the lacunas of digital assets.

But once you have a structure and title deed that is.It is that simple for real estate.
