Does Amazon use robots to deliver goods?

Not sure which are the countries they offer this service.

It would work in some countries and might fail to work in some countries , some country system of development and good security system , can't be compared to first tier countries

You are right about that. Countries with poor security systems for example, will have those deliveries hijacked either physically or by hacking those systems.

It will be hard to catch the criminal which is another thing , since they actually dont have records of their citizens , so everything would be hard

I happen to see my country in such category. The present method of delivery is efficient and safe enough until we could reach that stage of embracing such technology without being nefarious about it.

An alternative method would be dealt with , since am sure that method of destribution won't be used effectively , only human labour is the best since no CCTV in strategic places ☺

Yeah you are right, technology although advantageous, it also has some disadvantages no doubt but the advantages sure surpasses it's disadvantages

Yes it is right advantages surpasses disadvantages. It is human nature that most of time we never care for disadvantages. We get benefit of any thing much more early than we feels its harms

Yeah, such are the disadvantages that will come due to the use of robots. So the security system should first be installed well. For this reason, only those countries that can afford good security will be embracing such technologies more.

??? I wouldn't be surprised when not only the items to be delivered are stolen but the robots also to be sold at cheaper rates in the black market.

Lol the part of the robot would be sold and it would be hard to catch the culprit because of the mode of the under developed community. ..

Nothing is prefect so robot are also nor perfect. For most of auto drive thing security installation is must. In coming days we have driver less cars. So security system is must other wise it will prove problem for us.

Its a must i know , but some countries have bad government who are not ready to take things really serious , that is the problem too

Its a good innovation to see robot been used to deliver goods , i want it to be adopted by many countries , because it would make things more easier most especially the lockdown period

Some country are backward in terms of technology , and this mode might actually not suit them , that is the problem attached to it.

If the government start introducing high tax a lot of people would quit using the technology and start using human labor ,,it would be a sign of backwardness

i know that the government do charge high tax for its citizen and not everyone would like this , as many would frown against the operation and quit

It is right that if peoples avoid to use technology, it will discourage development of technology. But I think peoples who can use technology never say no to it. Development of technology is a countineous process and no one can stop it

To use machine, big investment is required and underdeveloped countries can't bear it. So they have not any other option than using human labor. Machine can't replace human labor completely, machines can't work without operators

The rate would be too high , because counting the fact that you are going to be paying salary and you are also going to pay for the cost of the machine

Using machines Still takes alot of testing and data for it to be really accurate, if the machines used are giving lots of wrong deliveries it could cost them more

And hackers could manipulate and trick the machine system to their own favorite and make more money to their own satisfaction too
