As per Cointelegraph, the internal revenue service or IRS has offered a huge sum of $625,000 to anyone who can break Monero's privacy protocal. Not only that, the US tax agency also offers the same amount of bounty for anyone who can help them trace bitcoin transaction on the Lightning network. The deadline has been set on 16th September, and whoever submitted their project must have a workable property before being considered a worthy candidate. Up to $500,000 will be rewarded to accepted prototype, and further $125,000 for developing it into a working concept in eight months timeframe.

That's where creativity comes into play. Anyone who can execute such kind of request from the US tax agency is simply in for reasonable profit indeed. $625,000 is a tremendous amount of money to reward anyone who gonna track down Bitcoin transaction on the lightening network. Plus break the monero's privacy protocol.

I really think it's going to be very difficult , that's why they are placing such a huge amount on the person that could track the crypto currency , considering the mode at which crypto currency was made and intiated ,up till now am not sure if anyone have been able to track the thing that was to be tracked at this time ,it's very obvious too tho and hard to see such

I understand it will be hard to track such kind of activities around Bitcoin lightening network of monero's privacy protocol. Anyone who can execute such is simply a super hero, and he or she will be in for huge amount of money after successful execution of the task.

Yeah the person is really an hero and he deserves more for what he have done ,I guess the reason why it will be difficult is that the Blockchain comes with so much security system and privacy ,so it would be a difficult thing , except the person is really technological wise then I can't predict the person might just be able to do it with ease
