I don't use the VPN account too, Earnably did ban my account due to VPN account before, but I contacted them and told I never use it, thus they reactive my account for me. So， I don't think VPN works in all the GPTs site.

If you try, you can earn. There are always some small offers even for smaller (non tier 1) countries. You can earn points from survey disqualifications, RadioLoyalty, search wins, codes, and the app. Those are all ways to earn. It's slow, but it's not impossible if you are patient and try.

yes its true, here our local broad band use shared IP address which can't be hide via VPN. Though people making several ways to reach such sites legally or illegally.

You can check and see whether Radio Loyalty is available to you, as some members get to earn from Radio Loyalty and it is eligible to enter the promo code by listening to Radio Loyalty. If this works for you, then it might be good.

irazoo has RadioLoyalty available, but only to users from Tier 1 or Tier 2 countries. I believe Tier 3 countries don't have RadioLoyalty available to them.

I still work on irazoo. I used the RadioLoyalty and one round qualifys me for the code. I can cashout about $5 every month from them which is pretty good for the minimal work I do on there. I have 2900 points right now and will cashout with them again soon.

keepgoing is a free code worth 5 points. No offers need to be completed to use it. You can also use it more than once, but you have to wait about a month in between. It's a good way to keep your balance on the site because they will delete inactive accounts.
