soon bitcoin will experience halving and that means bitcoin stock will be getting smaller and there is a possibility the price will go up high.
do you think it's better to buy the current price or buy bitcoin when the price drops.

With previous halving of bitcoin price has risen Since last one it has fallen back so it may rise temporary due to halving then market forces will decide price.
Bitcoin stock will not get smaller, there is though a finite amount of bitcoin that is available, but the rate of mining reward will be smaller. Unless you have access to cheap electric it may not be worthwhile continuing to mine..

I would say wait for some time for the price of Bitcoin to fall like below $5000 at least , it may take some time but it's definitely the best time to buy the butcoins when price is below $5k and sell it when the price is $10k +

Well there are signs but only expectations or predictions. I mean we have to watch the Bitcoin price atleast everyday and buy and hold when the price is low , it requires patience and it may take a year as well.

It's primarily because of the halving taking effect in less than 2 weeks time. After that, we might see a (major) crash.

That's the time to dive right in.

Hard to answer this one mainly because it's hard to predict BTC prove movement, but if you have some money lying around somewhere, then I suggest you to buy some btc and then store it in a place where you can get interest, like Freebitco.in or some other wallets.

I will go for wait for prices to fall but again one can trade on coin which should give profit while bitcoin going down. For my case its BEAR coin (risk free than ETFs). Bitcoin might rise more but a fall is essential.

The best time in my opinion is to buy Crypto currencies is when they drop you should watch them drop in price and as soon as you see them start to go up in value buy. Then you need to watch them very carefully and as soon as you see them dropping in value sell immediately you should make a profit between the low and the high your timing has to be good or you will lose money.

I think this post dates January that's why it is like this .
Since yesterday till now , bitcoin has rose to some height when compared to its value last week. I believe there is more hope.
Buying now won't be advised

Currently, I would say, don't buy and hold onto your bitcoin. If you want to sell it do so after the price reaches 10,000 USD or more. I believe the price will still rise tomorrow.
