I have recently come up with a product page, which also had integrated forum in it. There were many questions asked by the customer and site admin had actively answered to all the question. The website also have live chat support for any queries.
Do you think it will make any benefit having forum along with live chat support? As most of the queries will be solved by live chats immediately.
