how to withdraw?and is there a minimum amount to make a withdraw? i tried to transfer it on my bitcoin account and the operation failed.

Just registered, noticed that KYC is a requirement. This is a total turn off for me, why do you expect me to complete KYC when i have not even tried the app yet. IMO it would have been better if KYC was only required for withdrawal.
