I started information marketing business some-time ago but some of the content I submit to search engine dosn't generate enough traffic and just few sell and order is been made.

But someone recently introduce to me affiliate marketing where you sell someone product to get a commission but from the research I conducted this business need money and traffic to produce money,should I continue with my information marketing business or swap to affiliate marketing which one is the better.

Affiliated market would be better for you in my views. But it is tough to convice clients or costumers for other person an organization.

Affiliate marketing is the best when compared to information marketing,I personally started as affiliate marketer and am making alot of commission from this business but information marketing is also good mostly for those that have good information to offer the masses.

If you ask me, I will say that both are capable of producing money. I believe ones strategy will determine how successful he/she is in either affiliate marketing or information marketing. Just remember to do your research on whatever business you want to go into to have the full knowledge and operation of it. That is my take.

Both affiliate marketing and information marketing have there advantages and disadvantages, it depends on what you want and why you are doing the business, if it is because of making profit alone and you don't have much to sponsor your affiliate marketing you can stick to your information marketing, information marketing may take time bit it is credited to you. Affiliate marketing is the best when you talk about affiliate marketing making money is very easy once you have a good source of traffic,but information marketing is less stressful to market and I beleive if you have a valueable information to sell you can make much money but its require traffic as well.

Both requires traffic , but i prefer affiliated marketing looking at how easier it would before me to share my links on social media and get some buyers

You're right, both needs traffic to grow. Without traffic it becomes pointless and brings no income. So, we should be focused to create a web site, or social media page to influence people through such medium to access what we deal on. That will enable us to gather traffic make sales via affiliate marketing, and get viewers that regularly access our contents via information marketing.

That means the two can work , but the one that need more traffic is the information marketing , affiliated marketing could be done offline

I can advertise for companies that are selling food items and i get some profit when i refer for those companies ,it a benefit i could consider

Yeah, both affilliate marketting and information marketting require effort for you to earn. The good thing is that you can easily learn marketting strategies online and practice them. Plus the presence of so many people in social media sites makes it so convenient for promotion.

Best to try affiliate marketing just for a year for experience to see if your sales when up and if not just go back to information marketing or try other strategies.

I would also go with affiliate marketing, as I don't have so much of experience in information marketing and how it deals. I have already done some affiliate marketing in Amazon and eBay. I had made good profit. But it will need very dedication to attract buyers for your product.

Affiliate marketing will surely work provided that the person is doing it very well. Many companies have been able to advertise their product to large investors through that.
