Well for me I think commission junction will be better though it not easy to get in or be accepted but if you're accepted you will make a good enough commission.CJ has established merchants which have variety of offers to choose from apart from pay per lead,there also per pay call.I think they're usually open with their earnings so that each affiiate really get what he or she desrves and the payment is mostly handled by the site not the merchants.So ones earnings is sure.So go with commission Junction

Impact radius is lot better when it comes to affiliate program. I have found out that there are some of the payout related options are much better as well. You can find some really good program on the impact radius. Commission junction is bad affiliate network for non US users. So you have to focus on the affiliate network which proves to show some good results. I have found impact radius to be good enough for myself.
