I tried to understand your point, you are right. That's why I said no matter how you are hardworking, no matter how you are experts you will need a professional team if you want to make your business enlarge. So, it doesn't mean that you can not start from small scale if you don't have a capacity of starting from big scale, but after you are succeeding on small scale by hardworking and you want your business be moving to big, you must hire people.

You have a point there and it actually makes sense but I would say it depends on the kind of business you plan on starting up and also the scale of the business as well. Like myself I recently started a graphic design gig of my own two months ago and I am currently running it alone simply cause it's a small business and it requires just me for now but I believe with time it might actually grow to the point where I might need to hire more designers. But that would be when I have the capital and resources to pay them and take care of them.

You are right because this is the same thing I'm doing now. getting mentored by an expert because I know the importance of being mentored you would do better in the field. I quite agree with you to some extent. To succeed majorly, you need to build a professional team. However, employing the services of professional isn't so achievable because of finance constraint and there are some skilled workers who aren't even professionals but they can carry out their task skillfully with or without supervision.
