No. This is not WordPress. I built this site myself using PHP and MySQL.

The 1,000 BMF is for the template. You won't find a deal like this anywhere on the web. I usually charge $14 per template. If you have hosting and a domain I can set up the template for you for free. I recommend Hostgator.com or Bluehost.com as a hosting service. Once you have hosting just give me a temporary password and I will set up the website for you. After that all you need to do is write blog posts.
