I'm new in this ! I read something about how to open a new website . I read about seo and i see it's very important the hosting . Domain i see on godaddy with 1$ ~ .
What webhost company do you use and how much u pay/month . I see on godaddy basic pack with 5$/month , but i think it's expensive . I need some advice . Thank u guys ! I want to open a site for music download and i need a very good speed for usa . ( i will try to monetize with url shorter ) .

For domain registrar I think Namecheap is good, even better than Godaddy. In the end it depends on what kind of content you want to make for your website tho.

Yes, a website owner can be untraceable (how do HYIPs work? By the owners being untraceable!!) I would start by using a VPN to hide my IP, then use crypo-currency to pay for my hosting and use fake information to register my domain. It works.

That is not nearly true. GoDaddy will suspend your website if they found any illegal activity, even if is legal in your country. They are DMCA-Friendly, which they suspend with a few abuses even if is fake.

You must be careful, GoDaddy is not good for some content. Just search for "EIG Companies" and you will be scared.
