When you first start learn web design what was about?
 
I suggest you start with youtube to see what it's all based about, then free courses in udemy ( or paid ones if you are capable of affording them ), blogs contain courses as well so i advice you to check them too as well .
 
Free/paid ( if you can afford ) courses in udemy or any other similar platform would be more than fine, if you find a well organised playlist in youtube, it would be nice too since you can ask in the comments in case you face issues
 
you can really start learning from youtube or take some courses from Udemy and coursera
also sign in the free 2 months in Skillshare they have an amazing design courses I wathced them all

If I want to start a career in web design then I would like to understand whether you want to be building prototypes or you want to be converting them into code. If you will want to be building prototypes then you will definitely need figma. If you want to be designing prototypes and you will need skill in HTML CSS and JavaScript together with react.

I need to tell you that you need to engage in consistent practice if you really want to master web design.

Whatever you learn either by watching YouTube videos or enrolling into online courses needs to be put into practice so as not to forget it.

These two sites have hundreds of courses on literally every subject and you can even earn a certificate to prove your credibility at the end of each course.
