I think you should study more on this and try experimenting with different names that are catchy before settling for the best fit but it should streaming tag a bit to it.So it not going to be your original content also think about means of monetization because you can't use adsense on there because your application wouldn't be approved.

If you don't have the enough resources, why don't you try creating a Movies & Series downloading website.
You don't need a dedicated server for that and if you upload the movies in free file sharing sites you will just need a domain & basic hosting.

Any free downloading sites is at much bigger risk to be shutdown from hosting provider. That is because of DMCA notice and providers delete your site since they don't want risk lawsuit.

I think you are going to encounter mainly 2 difficulties. First, your site may be shut down because of DMCA notices, but obviously this depends on the country you are living in.
Second, you need a lot of money to create that kind of site. But I think that after the initial investment you may really earn a lot since a lot of people would like that kind of service for free. There are many way to monetize it, ads, bitfly links and so on. As long as you are able to provide high quality link, the traffic won't be a problem.

I agree it's a risky business.
But, there are sites still running sucessfully without getting caught.
If you are risk taker you can step into it.

Few ways to run piracy sites sucessfully,

1. Change the domain name time to with old site redirecting to the new site - To avoid countries blocking site
2. Change the host providers regularly - To avoid site getting shutdown by the Host provider
3. Uploading files in multiple file sharing networks - To avoid files getting deleted by the file sharing sites

These are just few tricks.

Also you need to invest in privacy protection. Fake data for registration, advertiser who pays with bitcoins, change IP address, WHOIS and Crowdflower protection.

Consider trying to find a good Content Delivery Network (or CDN) - they have multiple server across the world that can store your files in such a way that means that the content loads faster for the end user. It's the exact same technology used by YouTube and Netflix. If you can't find one, you should put your site on Cloudflare - they form a sort-of CDN with you content. It's not the best, but better than nothing.
