Blogging does not get any results.
No matter how much SEO you do,
No matter how much sharing you do...
For newbies, it is useless.
The only people who make money from blogging...
are the rich people who pay for advertising.
For people who have no money...
Blogging is DEAD!
This is my view.
What is yours?
Please share.

Every day the working online challenges increase because of rich people who want to make money online fast.
Blogging is not the only thing that is dead.
looking for youtube videos too,
If you don't have enough money to start, you will face hard work and big challeges.

Blogging is dead... I tried blogging and I failed. I did research to find out why my blog was not really making it and i realized that as much I want to make money through it I need to spend money that I don't have. Pulling a crowd to your blog is not as easy as some people make it out to be. Just to get 10 people to read your blog without paying for advertising is a nightmare. I have recently realized that people whose blogs make a killing use different ways to get their blogs known without having to pay for advertising. For example, a lot of people want to know the different ways of making money online, and youtube is the most popular site where people normally search to get answers, make a blog with a similar aim and direct your following to it through youtube can get you the following you want. Having a massive following on social media helps too. But all in all, Bloggs are hovered by rich people and if you are a newbie like me, making money out of it would take a miracle.

As someone outside looking in, the only reason I EVER clicked on a blog is for cooking recipes. I feel that is dead as well but if you haven't tried that niche maybe it is worth it to look into.

@Veeri @FemaleLady @bellarosie0122 you guys are wrong. I have a small blog I established a year ago and it is receiving nothing less than 5000 page views in a month at present.

It is easy to say that something is not working when you fail at it. I can boldly tell you that blogging is not dead.

Just because you are unable to get traffic to your blog does not mean that blogging is no longer working. Some of you think you can just register a blog and start posting anything online.

You people failed to acquire basic knowledge of how things works. I am very sure that you know nothing SEO and you want to engage blogging. You don't need to advertise before you start receiving traffic to your blog. SEO will take care of that.

While I am typing this comment, I checked the market place in which people so they are established blog, I saw some blogs which are less than 2 years and they are listed up for sale at for 33,000 dollars.

The websites are generating lots of traffic, up to 50,000 page views in a month. So you guys should stop misleading people.

I was just expressing my opinion. I had no intentions on misleading people. If blogging is not dead then I stand corrected. May I ask, what would you consider the genre of your blog to be?

it is good to always consider the facts on ground before you can dish out opinion on a topic of discussion. Your question seems all clear to me what are we assume that you are asking about my own personal website. I blog about some of the pets I have food in my surrounding area. I am the one producing the contents. I managed to rank on the top three Google search result for a couple of keywords I am targeting on the website. The steps to bring free organic traffic to my website. I am open for further questions.

I personally don't think blogging is dead, I think the biggest thing is you have to blog about things that you have knowledge on and what interests you. I have currently started to blog again after my first failed attempt because blogging about surveys wasn't for me. My new blog is something I actually enjoy.

Blogging is not dead as there are people who are still making full-time income with their networks of blogs. If you check empire flippers marketplace, you are going to see different blocks being sold for higher amount of money. you can also check motion invest market place to see people are selling their blogs every day to make huge profit.

Blogging is absolutely still relevant. In fact, roughly 409 million internet users read about 20 billion blog pages monthly. This is why 53% of marketers prioritize blogging as their primary content marketing strategy. Furthermore, blogging continues to flourish with a 12% increase in the last 5 years.

Yeah no... blogging is still clearly relevant

Many companies are still using blogging as a way to draw attention to their businesses (blogs from businesses) or use blogs as their main medium of content creation. I think it's just that blogs seem dead, but for instance, many successful content creators use an email list blog w/ their videos or other content they create to use multiple digital channels in the most optimized way possible.

Basically, blogging can be used as just another way to optimize your traffic, provide more content for your followers, and possibly attract more people to your brand.

Blogging maybe dead to you or appears to be dead doesn't make it to be dead. There are certain sacrifices you need to make to give you desired results. Can you maintain constant optimized content posting for a year without giving up? Can you get or attract at least 1000 unique visitors daily to your blog? If you can do this, you won't talk about blogging being dead. Social media seems to have overshadowed blogs but people still read articles and that will always keep blogging alive.

Not at all, blogging is not dead. Do you know how many people are earning thousands of dollars every month via blogging? The problem is that everyone wants to be a blogger without the right niche or the right knowledge to start. If you do it right you will see positive results, it's not an easy thing being a blogger.

In my opinion blogging is one of the worst thing for beginners since it's really hard to get traffic without paying for ads, and even when you do, it has to be thousands of people daily to earn some money that can cover your living needs, selling something is usually better business model for starters, you don't need 1mil people to see ur product to get 1 sale

Blogging could be hard for some people, especially those who start blogging. In fact, some people also have difficulty getting traffic even after years and they quit blogging. In order to start blogging and make money, you must have a professional website! This is the very first thing. Moreover, you need to promote your site in the right manner and this is something most of the bloggers do not do.

Blogging is not dead! You are simply not doing something right. Blogging have advanced and need aggressive and effective strategies to succeed. Many newbies jumped into blogging without understanding and comprehending the whole process. Before starting a blog, there is need to have a feasibility study. There is need to do a research and find a niche that is easy to penetrate. Again, a niche that you have passion for. Without passion is very difficult to sustain a blog.

Blogging is not dead rather it is competitive. This is because there are many bloggers out there who tend to create blogs and try their best to rank their blogs in the search engine as high as possible. However, desertion of blogs is a very common thing because not all the bloggers succeed in the end.

If you think blogging is dead, then websites are dead too. As long as internet exists, there'll be blogs. Though social media are on the rise because it's concise and connect people easily, however they can't give in-depth information like blogs.
