You are very right if he chose to spend that money on something else or for those people that ask you to deposit money for them I think that he might turn to be a victim of those scamer,

Even if he is a newbie I think that he can still invest the money and get better return,he can chose crypto trading and forex but i dont know if brokers still accept paypal.
