Wow. This is a good news for Russian investors as this will allow them to buy cryptocurrency with easy swapping direct with their Fiat currency.

Yes, it seems like those limits are without KYC. I don't think KYC verified used would have a limit of just 1k deposits or withdrawals daily. That seems way to low

Thanks! Those were the actual thoughts in my head. The limit would have been way to low for a verified user on such or any platform.
