Those websites will allow you to exchange your skrill money for some other payment options like paypal, bitcoins etc. So that's your best option in that case to get your coins exchanged. and you can reach low rate of exchange too. skrill is not worth it for bank transfer. in fact it is getting costlier. on that note i'd say better to work on your skills and focus on the payout in that way. I'd choose bitcoin exhcange over skrill.

Namaste India, Yes we can withdraw in Indian banks via Skrill (Moneybookers) however it is hard to verify with bank to Skrill because of very strict policy by Skrill. First you have to explain to Bank Manager, many Managers are unaware of it, so they might dont know. But Skrill is accepted in India.
Bitcoin is free. It is available all over the india. There is no charge to open wallet online. You can try coinbase.com for opening the account. I suggest you to read more about bitcoin. Same with me. I moved on from sites which used to pay through payza.
