There seems to be a lot of demand for the tech support business. For example there are people who don't know how to install and manage the software installations. And some of them also don't know how to get rid of the simple nagging windows. So here many companies are starting their first company as tech support for such people. The money earned through such process is reinvested into the phone and the skype premium services for improving the business process.

This business requires a lot of man power and some investment for office. Have you considered starting tech support business?

create a website for your service and do SEO to get customers

This will be a good area to make good money but I think it need one with a good skill too. Tech support will involve some technicalities which I believe getting the needed information first will help anyone that wants to go into this aspect of earning.

I really don't think that this will be such a perfect idea nor a business either , why? Because youtube , google and forums are full of solutions , and paying to get something fixed is the last solution would someone think about ( atleast in my opinion , unless they got no time to fix it )

I think that a better business model would be to open a blog where you have good contents on different levels of everyday tech problems, you would have inexhaustible contents. Then, you monetize the blog. You would definitely get good traffic with good promotion.

From there, you can monetize solutions for deeper tech problems like you are running a consultancy business. That's the only viable model I see online tech support as a business working.

Starting a tech support firm involves a sound business plan, proper execution, and a marketing strategy, among other things. Perform market research before you begin, pick a niche, adhere to legal requirements, establish a web presence, and so on.

Indeed you will need to do the basics right before you will.want to launch such a business actually to be honest it requires much effort dedication and indeed hardwork to launch and work our any business perfectly indeed actually to be honest indeed .

The post was back in 2019 but now, Fiverr is filled with such services. After Google's sept 2023 Helpful Content Update, many famous websites in the niche are failing to keep things rollong. A huge amount of writters are laid off by these established websites.
So, blogging is also out of the window for now.
The best option will be to provide physical services locally.
Another options would be to market a single service e.g., Data Recovery or cleaning the system from viruses. etc.
