Bakeries are one of the best places where you could buy many different kinds of food items. You can buy cakes, pastries, biscuits, bread, milk, eggs, pizzas, and many other kinds of different items. There are many bakeries in my city. Some of them are exceptionally developed. Of course this requires you to invest a good amount of capital in case you want to maintain a really high standard. In the end, this kind of business is flourishing really well and it is very lucrative. So do you think that it is actually a great business?
 
Bakery business is one of the leading and profitable business in my city, unlike other businesses it usually starts early Morning as people buy items for breakfast and others. I wish to start it when I'll get enough capital as it needs handsome amount to start plus it need to be monitor very deeply because many bakery items don't last long.

It is a very profitable business but need huge capital. In bakery business, you need oven, constant energy supply, a good mixer, workforce etc. Now, a lot of bakery are using electric or gas oven. Electric oven is very costly while gas is relatively affordable. But there are ovens that can use gas or electric.
Since it is local bakery, it may not involve using oven nor gas. There are local way of baking which only include fire and clay. Though, there is much stress in this type of baking that's why most people prefer the modern way of doing it.
 
There is a wealth of information available to anyone looking to launch a small business, including guidance on choosing a business structure, obtaining necessary permissions and licenses, and registering your company name. However, a business plan will be the backbone of your efforts to launch, expand, and build your venture.
 
Before opening the bakery, I would look for an area of the city that remains populated all year and with no or limited competition. Sure to have found the right area, I would plan to deliver the products at home, to serve restaurants, Hotels. Check out these options. Verified the feasibility of these services, then I would work on the quality of the product.
 
All what i know and my advice to you is to start working in that field before you step on it , its amazing project and profitable one but for who know well about it , here i have a question to you , have you ever work in any of these bakery shop before ? what is your experience about it ? why some of these shops get profit more than the others ? answer these question and you will realize something before you go for it .

If I sell immediately my business will be immediately sustainable: I can buy the best raw material and pay the workers to have tasty products without continuing to invest more money or hope only for more future revenue.

That's true. Most of the times, those people that are into this business do not only focus on bread alone especially if they have large area of land that they use for their business. They may focus on other confectionery foods like cake and pies even pizza.
 
A decisive factor is to decide what type of furnace to use whether wood burning, electric or gas. This affects product quality and production costs, especially in view of the sharp rise in energy prices. I know very well people who produce bread and who have these problems.

I think this is the first consideration. The type of fuel that we use may go in long way in determining how much we may have to use in setting up this business. Just that these days, people prefer to use gas to using local wood burning.
 
The choice of raw materials, energy to power the oven, the workers to be employed and the strategic location of the shops must all have an economic sustainability for the entrepreneur. It is easy to say that you aim for the highest quality, but how much money can you invest to achieve this production standard? It might be more reasonable to offer a product good enough for the customer but with less investment, aspiring to improve over time.
