Affiliate marketing seems to be creating better source of income for very many people such that working for some one to get paid monthly is gradually fading away. I am delighted about it.Self employment is becoming the order of the day. I have read books about it and I discovered that the key factors that determines one's success in affiliate marketing are traffic, good squeeze page and niche. I have been able work out a niche to promote and wonderful squeeze page. Traffic is my headache. I read about paid and free traffic sources and both are good method. I am here to seek opinions of those who are already into affiliate marketing fully to enlighten me more on best method of traffic source.

I have struggled to find consistent source of traffic. I used to get good traffic from forums. Then I found those sources eventually dry up. Then I switched to social media. And it can be hard to keep up with that as a source of traffic. Eventually all of those free methods to get traffic die down. So the PPC seems to be the end of the real traffic. You can also try the email marketing. But that does not work in many instances.

I think facebook is the best place to start with.
You can even create facebook ads and all while you build your online presence.
I think you should start woth facebook but remember they don't allow podting of affiliate links,msybe shortening the link will be of help.

just try posting it (your cpa links) on your own social media, maybe sent links to your friends.
but don't spam otherwise your account could get banned.

try using twitter / instagram with many hashtag and get more follower and clicks for free. i've try it.
but there will be very hard to get conversion.

Usually social media websites are the best traffic sources but only if you manage your facebook page/profile/group in a good way. Being inconsistent lowers the traffic for sure.

all marketer or a big portion of them use Seo to rank a blog (most of the time review of CB product or other platform )

by spamming social media and forum there is no way to get conversion this way

I will advice you to go smart and start recommending a product on the Q/A site

make a video on youtube and make sure to rank it

or start a porn site hope you make some $$$$

I guess the easiest way would be social media . If you have a facebook page or a group you could share it there. You could also share it on Twitter and Tumblr/Pinterest . As @otomatis said adding hashtags is gonna help = )

I think making a landing page and then getting traffic to it is the way to go. Many people don't pay attention to that part. Instead they just want to use the affiliate offer quickly. I think instead of spamming on free traffic. You can get them on landing page and then from there using button you can send them to the affiliate offer. Make sure you discard PTC traffic and auto surf traffic.
