This is the first time I'm writing on this forum because I really need some help.

I have a PC game download site (not ethical) with around 10K page views per day. Most of the traffic comes from India and other Asian countries. I'm currently monetizing it with adsterra's banner, direct, and popup ads and I'm also using shrinkearn URL shortener. On average I generate only around $2 from both the networks combined on a daily basis.

I tried affiliate programs but it did not yield any result. I also tried other ad networks like popads, ad maven, popcash, propeller ads, revenuehits, hilltopads but all failed miserably compared to adsterra. Also most of the revenue in adsterra comes from popups while banners don't even have 0.01 CPM rates.

I hope you guys could provide me some solution with this messed up situation.

Some sites like this ( game download sites ) have ridiculous amounts of ads and pop-ads but still okay as at the end of the day you still get the pirated game. You might want to increase pop-ads in your sites

some of them got their own servers, from what i noticed, and they don't add pop-ups at all, i'm just wondering how they are making money, one of them previously got caught putting mining trojans in the games files

The best way you can monitize your website is content locking and captcha lockers. Captcha lockers is highly recommended for you because visitors will need to verify that they are not robots. Currently, I think mylead is the captcha locker available now.

You should try other ads network like ad maven,a-ads,pop ads,propeller ads and so on ads networks
adsterra provides low CPM rates without a large amount of traffic it becomes hard to earn money from that.

If you're getting $2 a day from 10k views, it means you not doing bad but need to tweak some stuffs to get more views. Try to get more traffic from high CPM rate countries. It can bump up your earnings. Try to increase your ads placement too.

Perhaps because usually people from high cpm countries aren't really going for random websites to download games.. they usually just go straight to store specially if the game is paid.. and 10k impression for $2 is low.. i had used an ad links which pays before and just 1k impression is about $6 already.

$6 for 1000k impressions is really great and must be from tier1 countries I guess. One can easily get much traffic from these low CPM countries but the issue is that they're low in value. Maybe he can do targeted traffic to his website.

yes usually from tier 1 and 2 countries which is kinda to get actually unlike impressions from low tier which seems easier to get and in bulk which i don't understand lol. but yes if you can set your target audience to those countries you will definitely earn a lot

Yes I'm actually thinking of something like an idea. Since traffic from low tier countries are easy to get, won't it be nice to get more and add a few from top tier countries. Much traffic has a way of building website ranking.
