Many people want to make money with Amazon Affiliate Program but they don't know how and because of this reason I started this thread to help them. Below you can find how to get started and more!

As you can see you get up to 10% advertising fees(commissions) the truth is this guys, actually new affiliates start earn 4% commissions, once a certain number of sales is made the percent grows to 8% and that's it.

Don't despair now, people still make huge money promoting Amazon products, now to catch a higher commission that add up quickly you either need high traffic to a product that has a small commission or target products from where you get higher commission. Sound logic so far, now let's dig deeper!

1. Website + Product Reviews / Recommendations
You have to start a website and make reviews to certain Amazon products.

a. buy domain - domain name for your website should be keyword based, not too long, easy to remember, you can use domain promo codes to get it very cheap first year.
b. web hosting - you need to buy web hosting to be able to develop your website and cost could be max 10 dollars per month
c. Install WordPress, and you end up with a blog, easy to manage, post reviews to any products with jet speed
d. Join Amazon Affiliate Program and choose any product you want, trending products are best ones, also products with big discount, those during holidays, people buy on holidays with bulk and you end up with a nice fat commission.
e. All you've made so far was a 2-3 days work, suppose you post 10 reviews at least, now the hard part, you have to promote your website, without visitors you're going to make a bunch of nothing ZERO $$$, for this I recommend you digest Search Engine Optimization section.

Once you learn how to make on-page SEO and off-page SEO your affiliate account should be near to threshold cashout limit and that's because your website receive traffic from engines like Google, Bing and Yahoo.

The real journey begins from here, you know everything all you need is time to research and post compelling reviews every time, make people buy those products, keep an eye on amazon best selling products, improve your SEO, as you know SEO is changing and you must change too otherwise traffic from engines stop and your commissions stop too.

Actually I have read that most of the Youtube channel owners are using Google Adsense on their videos.I have read,there can be used affiliate links too,but make sure,that you use url shortenet,because Amazon links can be really long.Before using Amazon affiliate links,read carefully the TOS of Youtube.

Amazon affiliate program is a great way of making money especially for those that really needs to make money online.I have read about it online and it is very legit, it about referring people to their site to buy and the pay people commission. Will read more to start with them.

In total with Amazon, I made about $300 and because they did not had another cashout option besides check I have decided to buy with all the money best video games LOLz.

After that, I stopped monetizing with Amazon affiliate program and focused on affiliate programs that offer Paypal, bank transfer or Western union.

As our new website plan is going on, to get revenue, Amazon affiliate is on the cards. But only problem is that, our website is in Hindi (Not English). Amazon India is normally accepting Indian languages.
However we want main site also, this will help to associate with Amazonbitcoin.com; have anyone tried with local language with Amazon affiliate?

I was confused by this comment. When I went to Amazonbitcoin.com, it simply redirected me to the Amazon home page. I Googled for the latest info and the reports seem to indicate that Amazon is not yet accepting cryptocurrency payments. An article dated April 2018, by bitcoinist.com says Amazon will soon accept bitcoin payment and sell the data to law enforcement. (That's kind of disturbing. () WHY?) I did find the Sky News report dated Nov 2017 which said that Amazon registered three domains and that the amazonbitcoin.com redirects to amazon.com. The most recent article dated June 4 in smartereum.com does not indicate that anything is concrete regarding Amazon and its use of cryptocurrency. Where was it reported that Amazon now accepts payments in bitcoin or any other cryptocurrency? Is it already happening in India?

@cmoneyspinner Nope, Amazon.in isn't that ahead of it's parent Amazon.com; now all this what Amazon done, it seems like it was trying to popularise it's own coin that is used to purchase software for Kindle, Kindle Fire and Android devices only. However if I am correct, users can purchase Amazon products via Purse.io which uses bitcoins as payment method, yet I never tried this.

* FOLLOW UP: I had applied to become an affiliate and forgot about it. The affiliate manager went on vacation. Just received an eMail with my affiliate referral link in it, June 21, 2018.

Here's the catch! If I don't convert at least 10 shoppers in the first 2 months of membership, I won't be able to continue in this program. (sigh.) OK! I'm going in!

I just started with Amazon Affiliates and I came across an article that said to have a landing page on a blog site (any one will do), direct the link there from emails and social media. Once they get to your page, you should be good to go...

Some people either don't know this OR know it but they don't take advantage of it. You can create a Tumblr blog for free and it is a social network. Tumblr offers free templates and you can customize them. There are many templates where you can create a Page or Pages for your blog. With Tumblr you can opt to redirect to an external link.

For example, let's say you name your Tumblr Blog Page "Best Deal in Electronics". When you're in the dashboard and you're creating that page, you can choose the option for an external link. When it asks for the link, just put in the Amazon page that has your affiliate link in it. When a person visits your blog and they see that page, they might be curious and click to see what's the "best deal". That link will take them directly to Amazon. If they buy something, you earn a commission because they entered the Amazon site by way of your link. Tumblr has been allowing this for years. Many authors who sell their books on Amazon use this feature to redirect book lovers directly to their Amazon page. There are a lot of book lovers on Tumblr. But not just book lovers. Tumblr has diverse group of people that you can market your affiliate products to.
