Many are reuploading the videos to get subscribers and views, but this is not a good idea for me. It would be better to think and have your own idea for yor vids and channel be known.

Yes exactly.. in terms and condition youtube does not allowed monetizing a copyrighted videos. And also because its unfair to the owner of the video. So you have to make your own videos. Just like what i did in my channel before i do upload some story video.

Yes,that's why I have seen sometimes deleted videos on the Youtube channel.They said,they deleted the videos,because if the copyright infringement.I think it is like something similar to bloggers copy paste tactics and the Google discovers it.

Yes,I have seen always some ads at the start of the videos.There is a countdown on the video till 5 and then you can skip the video.You mean if the video is watched only that 5 seconds,the video owner doesn't receive earnings from the ad network?
