Yes its true I rather chose to go to a site like ellance or getafreelancer to bid content writing jobs which sometime they can accept article from even the high school student,but for site like hubpages or listvere you can not submit a grama full or error they will suspend your account.

This will probably give some opportunity to writers to apply for work, but still the hope are really low because work is usually not available. Why not try fiverr as well I see alot of people who are able to make around $5 selling their service there and article writing service is also one of the skills upwork and ellance also work better.
