Actually I have no enough time to spend over there for practice.

I think you need to reschedule. This is because, if you're really interested in graphic design, you should give your time to it. You may give one hour of your time to it per day. If you do this, you'll get to know things about programming and you'll eventually get better in it. But have it in your mind that nothing good comes easy

Becoming good in design is all about frequent practicing. You should be taking a step by step . If you have learnt anything then you should at least build two projects in it before you are going to move to another one. Before you are going to complete that design course then you are going to notice that you have completed a lot of things to put in your resume.

There many ways to learn something new in as much you are determined to do that. You can start by acquiring the material and videos of that which you wish to learn, use the little time you have to read and watch those videos, if you do it like 2 to 3 months, you can go and register were they will tutor you, still with those little time you have. I believe you will get to learn it very well with this tactics.

It may be difficult for you if you're a busy type. I will suggest bringing out some time for it. Let's say you already have some background with computers. You can start with Corel draw as it's one of the easiest software out there to use for graphics design. There are video tutorials on YouTube and other other websites out there. There are forums of graphics designers where you can join and seek help. You need to practice a lot because that's what makes you better.

Me too I want to learn graphic design. I want to apply it on app development. I don't know how to use pallette color scheme.

You may enroll to online courses from udemy and other places. There are best courses for beginners out there that you can take and start your design journey.

udemy, skillshare and youtube are decent platforms to learn form, no matter what you're looking for and depends on how much you are ready to spend, remember that while learning, you need a lot of practice to stay in touch with what you are learning

I feel like the best platform to learn graphics design is just Canva. But to bring out the best in your designs, you must have a good imaginative skill and strive to get the perfect fitting for what you want to learn. A good passion for it is also a plus.

One of the best places to learn graphic design is YouTube. you must be ready to watch a lot of videos if you choose YouTube as the learning platform for the graphic design you want to do. the reason is that there are a lot of crap videos on graphic design so you need to select the good one out of the very many bad ones. I know someone who learn copywriting from YouTube videos without spending dime on a course.
