My question is: How to increase number of views on YouTube for beginners(only 9 subscribers)?

The content ofnyour video is the key, ypu can continuosly promote your video onpine but if it does not interest people, it will be useless. Title is also important, people will be curious by just reading the title
of the videos, you have to make it catchy to attract the viewers click on your video.

I will advice to take care of language; use msost popular languages, and if you have a specific region to choose, then use most common language of that region.

Using english language can be advantagious in some aspect especially if you are going global, but if you are from countries which does not speak english to much, the best to use is your native languange so people on your region can relate and be more comfortable on watching your videos.

It is not that English language will be top priority; there are many people who do not understand English. For example if a video is to target France, then best is to use French language.

Step one: Post quality content.

Step two: Have social media associated to the channel, time consuming so use a few hours on a free day to programme daily posts.

Step three: Invest in advertising those posts and videos on the social media.

Post one video a week? I think that is too little. Many of the top YouTuber's I follow post a video daily, with some posting multiple times per day! Perhaps set a goal of at least one video per week to start, but don't set limits on this guys. With today's technology you can make a video right on your cellphone and have it posted in minutes.

If you are working from a PC or laptop, use Screencast-O-Matic as it's free and allows you to record up to 15 minute videos.

yes i said minimum coz a lot of people in asian countries who are less likely to work on youtube for them 1 video on sunday coz that will give then the feel of work but for growth of a channel definitely daily videos are must as you said

If you are creating good content,something like is educational,free courses,English teaching tutorials etc,which is very useful,people will watch it,and if they are finding worthy,they will share your videos with their friends too,which means more views to your videos.

I highly suggest if you want to increase the view of your youtube videos is sharing them in social media sites, Example your video is all about Dota you should share it in dota groups in facebook.

2. Make good content.
3. Master the act of creating ClickBait titles and thumbnails. :)

5. Study analytics and know your audience in order to create content that cater for them

First you need to be patient, having large numbers of subscribers is a gradual process. Also you need to make quality educational post that people will like. And just as other comment suggested, you need to share it on social media
