Yeah I hae always have interest in branding and pakagaing because that is another method and ways to get more customers ,because they are always interested in well packaged products

firs we should give them reasonable price. we should give them all the facilities according to their ability to do a work. we should have soft behaviour with them. In this way we can easily find our first customer or a client.

customers are the key to any business if you lack customer in your establishment then such business may likely face some set back so for this I beleive knowing what your customer want and provide them with care will spread good new regarding your product and the type of services you provide thus given room for more other people who will want to try your product and you get a new clients.

Yeah its good to know what your customer want so you can provide them the right service , i have even seen most people provide after sale service for their customers just to win them fully

That was how I get a client for my small business offline sometime I talk to people after church or local meeeting giving them the address of my business location and sometime I promote the business online on facebook and twitter.

The only disadvantage based on my experience of telling church members is that most might start owing you money and to collect the debt would be a burden

That might be true but note if someone come to your shop for credit be it your church member or not then you have the right to deny him or she such opportunity to collect that goods on credit,another good way for that is distribution of handbills to nearby people regards the type of business you operate
