I used to get view for my unlisted videos before make it list and monetize it, but monetizing like what I used too is no longer valid now. Google might banned your video

Yes as long as you can disable the ads, or try adding some copyrighted song ( that doesn't get youe video blocked) so you get that video demonetized

Yes it is risk free, they are your own videos and you are free to chose if you want to monetize them or not, i can send you some copyrighted songs that doesn't blocn videos but can't be monetized
