Applying for top affiliate programs like maxbounty require you to have a website with good traffic source. Mostly, you need to be smart when tackling how you promote offers.I got rejected every time I try to join a good CPA network.
What do you guys say in the "promotion methods" that will get you accepted by all cpa networks in a matter of few hours?
You need to have your own website. During your registration to the CPA network. It will be great if you're using custom domain email so you look professional. It will increase your chance getting approvedI got rejected every time I try to join a good CPA network.

Merely telling them that you are an experienced marketer who will not let them accept you. They need to see the proof of what you are saying before you get accepted. You can start by applying fo affiliated program and by telling them that you are an experience marketer, with that I believed they would let you in.
By pretending like you have been doing Affiliate marketing for 5 years and generated huge revenue. Ignore the ones which ask for statistics and proofs and start working on which accept without proofs lol
