Hello, i wanted to know if i can use traffic exchange websites or that websites to get the 4k hours i need to get ads on my Youtube channel.

I suggest doing live streams like I did, long 4-5 hours of Livestream every day until your channel reaches 4,000 watch hours.

Make a Livestream of you making gameplay of a game or reacting to videos or whatever your content channel is all about & invite people to watch it and u will reach it faster!

About 3-4 months to 1k subs, 4k watch time took lot more, I think like 8 months, when Youtube added this new rule I need 100 watch time hours to hit 4000, and I did livestream 3 days in a row to pass 4000 watch time and reinstate ads on the channel.

To get 1k fast do giveaways because it's allowed by YouTube, also try giving members BMF coins to subscribe your channel and ask them to stick with you, if they unsubscribe it doesn't really help you.

Pretty bad since I deleted all videos I make about 1$ - $2 per day, before I was making minimum $5 per day.

I think it's fine, there are some so many live stream channels runs 24/7 to play music or acts as DJ.

I put all my videos on my playlist, and go to a computer shop or use my school computer and run a playlist and hide it. So that no one will notice that there's a youtube playing behind

The playlist is very useful nowadays, especially on YouTube! Some people put their videos on a playlist and post it on social media to gain lots of views and to reach 4000 watch time

You're right! One of my friends asked everyone to play the playlist (contains of his YouTube videos) There are lots of videos actually but it works! It made it reaches 4000 watch views but his problem is subscribers

Youtube and google are very strict when it comes to traffic exchange and they will ban your channel once they catch you, try livestreaming some non copyrighted trend content instead
