Hey you all!

I need help with learning different avenues to sell original photos online. Whether it be for blogs, stock photos, ads, etc... If you have any good websites or good advice/ suggestions PLEASE POST. I'm all eyes
I've been trying to get the ball rolling but I'm kind of stuck. Heellpp :)

Some of the websites you should check out are - dreamstime, shutterstock and few others. Those websites pay some decent money for the images being sold. So the amount of images being sold on site like that definitely helps. You have to consider that amount if you are serious about the stock photos. I personally think that you cna make use of some stock photos on apps based sites like foap and snapwire.

Thank you! I will definitely check out those sites and I hadn't thought of the app based sites either. Much appreciated!

If I were only good in taking pictures. My ex- friend earned decent money because he sells his picture online. He is also won few photography contest in our country. He is amazing in street photography.

Ok man, I needed gazillion years to find this piece of the paper.
You may try the list of these websites, but I can't guarantee they will be a hit for you.
Still, you can try.

Fliiby, Takumi (you will need an Instagram), Foap, Dreamstime, Snapwire, Markedshot, Clashot, EyeEm, Rabadaba, and Baagloo.

They all go on the android phone, get a decent one with a good camera.

You can make money at Amazon Kindle with your original stockphotos.Just sign up with them and start uploading. You need a Google account to sign up with them.Let your photos be all original, dont try to download photos from the internet or less your stocks will be rejected.

You can also signup with Fotolia,shutterstock,istockphoto.com.they're all legit sites and the pay is fair enough.

Try to get clear images and somehow outstanding too,to get more download and purchases too.

If you have passion in photography you can make real money out it and there are some people getting paid from their photos selling on different stock photography maybe in the near future ill try to travel around the country and take a shot of the most beautiful places i want to visit and I must say there would be many places to go. I'm mostly fascinated with the beauty of nature like the sunrise at dawn, the sunset that bid goodbye at the end of the day, staring at the stary stary nighy as i wish upon a star, the shinning and shimmering deep blue sea, the fresh breeze in the mountain, and magnificient rock formation. All of this was a sight to behold.

Thx!

I will try making these kinds of photos, but I only participating in dreamtimes . Don't know which other similar site is legit that is worth to join, istockphoto needs 10 test photos to join which is too harsh, and shutterstock, I don't know about this site.

Will there be any suggestions ?

thx!

Istockphoto/ Getty images is probably
the best one but there are plenty out
there to try.

A friend of mine does stock photography
when he is quiet with his wedding and
portrait business. He sells exclusively
in Istock now as that is the site that
works best for him! I've registered for
Istock and a few others but not got
round to shooting the stuff I'm
after for them yet.

Based on his experience forget about
making a fortune from pretty sunsets
and landscapes etc. They don't sell
well even if they're exceptional shots.
Sadly just dumping the shots lying
around on your hard drive isn't going
to make much. He makes a decent
part time income from spending the
odd afternoon shooting stock shots!

Try to look at stuff from the eye of the
potential user market rather than as
a photographer! Look at the photos
In magazines, websites and on
local news sites! Ours uses the
same 3 Getty Images stock photos
of the police for 90% of their crime
reports!

Hi. I am a blogger and I always need photos to support and add life to my post. I would usually get photos from Pixabay and I can see a lot of members who are posting their high-quality images. I can see there is a donate button. Probably, that would be a way for you to earn. Although I am not sure if Pixabay offers payment for photos for every download.

I made money once in Twenty20. I got $16 from just one photo. Dreamstime looks good also but I don't have enough new photos to upload lately.

Interesting venture. You probably need a decent camera for this. I can't contribute anything on this so far. I would probably interested in nude photography venture.

It's a good question because I have many photos and want to sell them for real money.
The problem here who is going to buy these photos?

The quality of DSLR cameras are great, that's true. However, digital cameras could take high quality photos too. The photo that was bought from my Twenty20 account was taken using a Polaroid digital cam. That being said, you can even use your phone's camera for this purpose. IPhones could take amazing photos (unfortunately I don't have one).
