it depends on how monetization sites like adsense will look into your blog, some blogs I have seen have less than 10posts and sometimes even less than 3 months got approved, best thing to do is just keep those articles coming and keep sharing those links in forums to get some traffic, just avoid articles containing only images without any write ups

Do the right way in the first sentence! Buy inexpensive shared hosting, a domain, install Wordprees, post articles at least once a day. Indexing will be pretty fast. The main thing is to set up the site correctly. With Wordprees, it's not that hard. There is a lot of information on the net about plugins. The main thing is to get on topic.
