In this video I show how can you check who owns a domain name and when it expires.

Thanks for sharing this amazing info. Sometimes, I would like to check the info about the domains but couldnt find one that i can trust.

I have never heard nor read of this site for whois information. I know of whois.com, it's sure an eye opener. There are great tools online which one can make use of, but due to ignorance we don't know some of these things.

Interesting, you mean stats like site views/visits per day/week/month etc? Plus I hope it's not a paid tool? I'm yet to check it out and hence my questions.

If you want to see the views and ns and etc then try https://myip.ms
I just use whoer.net/whoes because i don't need all data :v

Yea,whois.net is a very popular tool to look up about who owns a domain and it expiration. Learned about this a while back when I was trying lo gather about owning a blog and I came across this.

You can use whois.net. It would reveal lots of information of most websites. If they don't hide their information, you can even see things like the address and the contact of the registrar.

Personally, I always you use "whois..com" rather than "whois.net" because I've found it to be much easier and faster to use. To check a domain, you simply have to type "whois.com/whois/" + "domain name" in your browser and you'll get all the available information. For example, if you want to check the information for "google.com", you type "whois.com/whois/google.com".

Have in mind that some websites use WHOIS protection meaning the information shown in the response may not actually belong to the domain name owner. This is because these services put their own information in order to protect the domain name owners from scammers/spammers that use the WHOIS protocol to e.g. send targeted emails.
